Asia happens to be in centre of the world's focus this week.
But for the wrong reason.
Cyclone Nargis' visit to Myanmar nearly 3 weeks ago left Rangoon in total disarray. What left the international community in absolute jaw-dropping dismay were the junta's refusal to allow international aid into the country and how they pushed the referendum to justify military rule on May 10 despite the magnitude of the disaster.
Less than 2 weeks later, the Sichuan earthquake shook and destroyed not only the walls of the buildings in Sichuan but also the hopes and faiths of people who had not anticipated the unexpected.
"No news is good news".
Perhaps we do not understand the true meaning of it until catastrophic events like such happened and all that commanded newspapers space are articles and photographs bringing you devastation and loss.
This must be the reason why no news is good news.
If there's any good out of it, then it must be the fulfilling of prophecy and the closer anticipation of the Second Coming.
